Where are you based?

Oahu, HI is our home base. All pieces are designed in Hawaii, and made with love by artisans in Indonesia.
How long does shipping usually take?

Shipping for Luana products will range from 3-5 business days after being processed. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped.
How do I care for my Luana items?

Our products are 100% soft rayon and should be handled with delicate care. Please hand wash your Luana item in cold water. Lay flat to dry and iron or steam as needed.
Do you take returns?

At this moment we are not taking returns unless the item has come damaged. Please fill out the form on our contact page if so.
Sizing?

Our products are currently one size, generally fitting sizes small-large. As we grow, we hope to expand our sizing options. Subscribe to our newsletter for future updates!
How does Luana implement sustainability?

Luana recognizes that many aspects of doing business aren't the best for the environment. That's why we aim to incorporate sustainable practices in every way we can, and will continue to do so as we grow and expand. We source our rayon from suppliers who digitally print our fabrics as opposed to screen printing, which uses toxic chemicals and often has environmental repurcussions. Additionally, all products are shipped plastic-free and with aloha.
